The Confluent Forms WooCommerce Invoices plugin adds practical invoicing tools directly to WooCommerce. Assign due dates and descriptions to orders, let customers view and pay outstanding invoices from My Account, and monitor paid and unpaid invoices from a dedicated admin report.

For installment billing, related invoices can be grouped into a series—such as “Invoice 1 of 3.” The plugin tracks payment progress and emails the WordPress administrator once the entire series is paid. Optional inventory controls prevent subsequent invoices from adjusting stock more than once.
